Yummy In Baby’s Tummy: Starting Solid Foods With Your Baby

Is your baby ready to eat solid foods? Are you wondering which foods are best to start with? Come learn how simple and affordable it can be to feed your baby delicious foods that will boost their immune systems and start them on a healthy path.This workshop/cooking class will include tips on which foods to start with, how to tell when your baby is ready for solids, foods to boost baby’s immune system, the benefits of making your baby’s food from scratch and how simple and fun it can be to make your baby’s food!

You will leave this class with an ice cube tray full of fresh, organic starter foods for your baby and a folder full of recipes and resources to get you and your baby off on the right foot!

Mom’s Wellness Group – Coming Soon!

Being a mother is one of the best jobs ever, but it can be downright crazy and chaotic. We love our children and our role as their mom, but it’s rough when you’re putting everyone’s needs first and find yourself worn out, snapping at your children and spouse with little energy at the end of the day to prepare a well-balanced meal. You’re too exhausted to find a second to do something for yourself and wonder, “what’s the point?”

Well, here’s the cold, hard truth: if you don’t take care of yourself, nobody else will. And I want to dispel the myth that it’s “selfish” to take time for yourself as a mom. That makes me cringe. You’re actually going to be a MUCH better mom if you nurture yourself and do something that’s just for you. You can’t give all of yourself to your children and spouse if you’re depleted and have nothing to give.

Imagine this: you do something you absolutely love for as little as 5 minutes (listen to your favorite song, give yourself a foot rub, speak with your best friend, etc). How do you feel? Refreshed, revived, energized. You’re happier, calmer, able to manage daily stresses with more ease. Your mood is contagious and now your children are smiling, they’re calm and more loving towards you. Ahhhh….much better. :)

  • Eight, 75 minute phone sessions (participate from the comfort of your home – No need to travel!)

When are group sessions held?

The Women’s Wellness Group will meet every other Tuesday evening from 8-9:15pm EST. Sessions will take place on (dates TBD).

This group meets over the phone, so there’s no travel involved. All you have to do is pick up the phone, call in and put your feet up. It’s really that easy!

I highly recommend that you call in for each session, but if you’re unable to make a session you can access the notes on your group’s private forum.

How much does it cost?

Your investment in the group program is $97 per month for 4 months. This averages out to a little over $3/day, which is a cup of coffee in the morning or 2-3 meals out during the month. If you like discounts (don’t we all?) you can receive $20 off if you pay in full for a total of $368. Extended payment plans are available to those who need it. We’ll find a way to make this work for you.
